Ingredients
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c grits
- 3/4 c shredded cheddar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine broth and garlic. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in grits, reduce to low. Cook until grits are tender, stirring, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in cheese, butter and pepper.
