Orange Pineapple Jello

Ingredients

  • 1 package 6 oz. sugar-free orange gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 6 ounce frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in orange juice concentrate.
Stir in drained pineapple juice (no more than 1 cup).
Add pineapple and oranges; mix well.
Refrigerate until set.
