Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Sirloin tip roast
- 1 can beef broth
- 1/8 c. beef base
- 1 pkg. lipton onion soup
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms sliced
- salt & pepper
- 1 c. water

Step 1
Cut meat, put in crock, cook 5-6 hours on high. Thicken with cornstarch before serving.
