Ingredients

    pkg 32 oz. southern style Hashbrown potatoes

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • ¼

    tsp pepper

  • 4

    c coked and diced chicken

  • 1

    c sour cream

  • 2

    c chicken bouillon

  • 1

    can cream of chicken soup

  • 2

    tsp instant chicken bouillon

  • 2

    T minced onion

  • 2

    T chopped red peppers

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • Paprika

  • ¼

    c sliced almonds

Directions

Thaw hash browns overnight in the refrigerator. Layer in I greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken over the hash browns. Stir together sour cream, broth,soup,bouillon ,onion, red pepper and garlic. Pour over all. Sprinkle with paprika and almonds Bake, unco reed at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until heated through.
