Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1/2 C Mary's Gone Cracker crumbs (crushed)
- 1/4 C coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 pinch of Red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch of Oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Place the head of cauliflower into a pot with an inch of water. Cover and boil over medium heat for 20 minutes or until tender. (watch to see that the water doesn’t completely evaporate)
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. IN a bowl, mix the crumbs, and coconut oil. Add in the seasonings.
Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and coat with the crumb mixture
Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
