Hickory Bacon

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 16 thick slices bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix sugar, flour and pepper in a seal-able bag. Shake well. Add bacon, one piece at a time, and toss to coat. Lay bacon on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray and bake about 30 minutes.
