  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup low fat milk
  • 1/4 cup unbleached flour
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place butter in a 4-inch baking dish or ramekin and heat until butter is melted. Beat egg until light and gradually beat in milk and flour until smooth. Stir in almond extract. Pour batter into melted butter and bake until pancake is puffed and golden, about 10 minutes. Serve at once.
