Meatball bubble biscuits
Fun recipe for kids and adults.
- 1 can Pillsbury golden layer biscuits, pulled apart in half to make
- 20 pieces
- 10 frozen Italian meatballs, thawed and cut in half,
- to make 20 pieces
- 2 sticks of string cheese, cut into 10 pieces each,
- to make 20 piees
- 1 Tbl parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Cooking time 30mins
Place 1 meatball half and 1 piece of cheese on 1 biscuit layer. Wrap the dough around the meatball and cheese, pinch to seal the edges.
Place seam side down into a 9"round pan.
Sprinkle with seasoning mixture.
Bake 18 - 20 minutes, or until golden brown,
(temperature on the biscuit can).
Serve with warm Marinara sauce.
