Ingredients
- 3-4 c. leftover, cooked chicken (cage free or organic)
- 2-3 c. coarsely diced celery
- 1 c. sliced red grapes
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. Veganaise
- 1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Shred or cut chicken into small pieces and mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
