Light and fluffy. A nice summertime treat

Great with Angel food cake too!

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple - do not drain
  • 1 3/4 C Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1/3 C chopped walnuts
  • maraschino cherries for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix pineapple and pudding mix until well blended.

Mix in cool whip, stir in nuts, mix well

Put in a glass bowl and garnish with cherries.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
