Tomatoes and Chevre

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garlic -- minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 pounds cherry tomatoes
- 4 oz soft, mild chevre cheese -- (Montrachet)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1 loaf focaccia or French bread

Preparation
Step 1
Steep garlic in olive oil at least 1/2 hour. Pre-heat oven to 400
degrees. Wash and stem tomatoes and cut in half. Put tomatoes in shallow
baking dish. Pour the garlic/olive oil mix over the tomatoes and toss
lightly. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 inch chunks of cheese and
slivered basil. Stir gently. Serve with warmed bread.
