Ingredients

  • 1 /2 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 /4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 /8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 /4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 /4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Shoyu (soy sauce)
  • 1 /4 large onion chopped
  • 2 -3 cremini mushrooms cut in half then sliced
  • 3 handfuls wide egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt to season water
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup mixed with a 1/2 can of water

Preparation

Step 1

Using a 1/2 pound of ground turkey ..mix in salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Set aside.

Put 4" of water in the pot, close and seal, manual 0 minutes QR. salt the water and put your egg noodles in..manual 3 minutes QR with a towel over the vent. Drain into a colander. Set aside.

Set pot to sauté, add onions and sauté for a couple of minutes, add ground turkey and cook until done. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 can of water, add egg noodles back stir until heated through.
