- 10 ounces chopped spinach
- 14 ounces artichoke heart, chopped
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup skim milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 10 ounces alfredo sauce, Use light
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 4 ounces cream cheese, use lowfat

3. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
