Ingredients

  • 1

    cup firmly packed light brown sugar

  • 3/4

    cup sugar

  • 1

    cup all-purpose flour

  • 3/4

    cup egg beaters

  • 1/2

    cup margarine, melted

  • 1/4

    cup unsweetened cocoa

  • 1-1/2

    tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2

    tbsp. pecan, finely chopped

Directions

1. Mix sugars, flour, egg substitute, margarine, cocoa and vanilla extract until well blended. 2. Spoon into 36 greased 1 1/2" miniature muffin-pan cups* Sprinkle tops with chopped nuts. 3. Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes or until done. Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely. *Variation: Brownies may be prepared in 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until done.
