  • Ingredients for the cream:

    g of sour cream

    g cream cheese

    tbsp icing sugar

    g crushed walnuts, finely chopped


In a deep saucepan, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add milk, honey, butter and baking soda. This mixture is boiled over low heat stirring constantly until it acquires a golden color. Remove from heat and Add flour all at once. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon the mixture almost immediately became a big ball. Measure the finished batter and split it into 9 equal balls. Best to use a kitchen scale to measure the balls (about 90 g each +/-a few grams). With a rolling pin roll out each ball on a very thin crust with a diameter of 28 cm. Bake on baking sheet in preheated oven to 180 ° c. it takes just a few minutes, so watch out for them to burn. Opečenite are hard to the touch that does not bother you. Let them cool before you assemble the cake. Preparation of the cream: Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy mixture. Sweetened with sugar to taste. If you want to prepare the cream only by sour cream using 3 cups in 400 years on me personally I like more cream made from cream and cream cheese because it is denser. Put a crust in a suitable dish for serving and smear it with cream. On top, place another and so repeat the procedure until the skins do. Brush a cake with whipped cream on top and sides. Sprinkle it with plenty of crushed walnuts.
