Ingredients

  • 15 chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 pinches each : thyme, marjoram, oregano, and rosemary

Step 1

Dredge chicken in flour and salt. Brown in oil in skillet. Place in small casserole.

Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken.

Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn once during baking.
