Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and stir until combined.
Heat a saucepan with butter or coconut oil over medium heat. Pour out 1/2 cup of the batter into the pan.
Cook for 2-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and then flip.
