Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb sweet or spicy sausage
  • 1 lb Linguisa
  • 1 large onion - chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper - diced
  • 2 cloves garli - minced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in large pot. Add onions and peppers and sauté for 7-10 min

Add spices and tomatoes. Bring to boil

Reduce to low, cover and simmer for at least 1 hour stirring occasionally
