Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 2-3 Tbsp. mild or hot chunky salsa
- Dash of dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2-3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tomato
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Peel, pit & mash avocados. Stir in onion, salsa, & dry mustard. Chop garlic & add along with chili powder, and mayonnaise. Stir. Then add one chopped tomato and stir gently. Salt & pepper to taste.
Refrigerate covered in air tight container for one hour until ready to serve.
Serve with corn chips & crackers.
