Ingredients

  • ◾1 C. pesto
  • ◾8 slices ciabatta bread, thinly sliced
  • ◾8 oz. turkey breast, sliced
  • ◾1 roasted bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, and sliced
  • ◾6 oz. provolone cheese, sliced thinly
  • ◾1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Assemble the sandwiches and brush the outsides with olive oil. Place into the panini press and cook until the cheese has melted and the tops have grill marks. Slice in half and serve immediately
