Yogurt Curry Dip

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 medium garlic clove, roughly chopped
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender canister (the smaller size works great). Give the mixture 5-10 pulses, or until mixture is combined. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour before serving.
