Ingredients
- 1 C steel cut oatmeal
- 4 C water. I use 2 C almond milk, 2 C water
- 1/2 C fat free half n half
- Truvia to taste. Can add/adjust when done
- Vanilla extract to taste. Can add/adjust when done
- Can add dried fruit

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
Set to low for 8-9 hours. Stir when done
Add/adjust Truvia and vanilla extract
Add fresh fruit or nuts if desired
