Crock Pot Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 C steel cut oatmeal
  • 4 C water. I use 2 C almond milk, 2 C water
  • 1/2 C fat free half n half
  • Truvia to taste. Can add/adjust when done
  • Vanilla extract to taste. Can add/adjust when done
  • Can add dried fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
Set to low for 8-9 hours. Stir when done

Add/adjust Truvia and vanilla extract
Add fresh fruit or nuts if desired
