Cups Cooked Cauliflower
tsp. Black Pepper
Cups Chicken Broth
tsp. Onion Salt
Freshly Grated Cheese (Sharp Cheddar or Velveeta)
Puree Cooked Cauliflower. Add onion salt and set aside. Malt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir until well blended. Remove from heat, add chicken broth and milk, stirring with wire whisk. Gradually add cauliflower to milk mixture. Simmer on low heat, stirring constantly until thickened (about 10 minutes). Garnish with grated cheese and paprika.
