Ingredients
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 cups rice, pre-cooked
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. canned tomatoes (2 1/2 cups)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in pan with tight lid. Add ground beef and brown, drain off fat. Add vegetables and seasoning. Mix well. Add tomatoes, cover and cook slowly without stirring for 25 minutes.
