Ingredients
- 4 avocados
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 T chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- sea salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. I used a fork to mash the avocado up. You could also use a food processor or small blender if you prefer.
This should last in the fridge about 3 days. Enjoy!
