ORANGE MANGO DRESSING

Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 1/2 mango, peeled, pitted and cubed
  • 1 6 oz carton plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 3 T. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2-1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded and minced
  • 1 t. fresh ginger, finely minced
  • ●Place mango in food processor; mix.
  • ●Add remaining ingredients and process until mixture is smooth.
