Beer Batter

Great on fish.

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 Cups Flour
• 1/2 tsp, Salt
• 1 Tbs. Baking Powder
• 1/4 Cup Milk
• 8 oz. Beer
• 1 Egg
• Dash of Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in a blender or mixer. Chill and cover for at least 30 minutes. Dip fish into batter and fry until browned.
