Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond meal or almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, (can use butter)
  • 3 TBS maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsps vanilla
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond meal, salt, baking soda, then add the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix well
3. Fold in the chocolate chips, then drop batter by rounded teaspoons onto ta baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes, until the edges are golden brown
5. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
