Six Layer Dinner

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced, peeled, raw potatoes
  • 1 17 oz.can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef--break this up a bit
  • 1 c. sliced raw carrots
  • 1 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • 1 16 oz. can tomatoes, diced

Preparation

Step 1

Layer potatoes, corn, onion, meat, and carrots in 3 qt. casserole, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
Pour tomatoes over top.
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 3/4 hours, or till vegetables are done.
