Hummingbird Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup oil
• 1 stick margarine - melted
• 2 bananas - diced
• 1 small can crushed pineapple - drained
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs - beaten
• 3 cups flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first six ingredients. Then combine last four ingredients and sift into bowl with the other ingredients. Do not beat with mixer. Bake for 1 hour in greased and floured bundt pan.
