Simple non starchy veggie soups

Ingredients

• 2 c broth-50
• frozen peppers - 50
• 1 c green beans-30
• 2 onions-88
• garlic - 15
• ginger - 9
• 3 carrots - 75
• 2 celery-20
• ---or
• 3 c broth
• 1 onion
• 1/2 c carrot
• 1/2 cup green beans1/2 cup zuccini
• 10 oz package of frozen spinach
• 1/2 t basil1/2 t oregano
• saute garlic, onions and carrots
