Dill-Caper Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 T. chopped fresh dill
  • 2 T. drained capers
  • 2 T. chopped fresh chives
  • 2 T. chopped finely chopped conrnichons or dill pickles plus 1 T. pickle juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Season with pepper. Cover and chill tartar sauce.
