Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn OR 1 can corn
- 1/2 cup soften butter
- 3 Tbs sugar
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup corn masa harina flour (corn flour)
- 2 Tbs flour

Preparation
Step 1
Chop one cup corn in food processor until coarsely purée
Combine purée, butter, sugar and salt
Add masa and flour and mix in remaining 1/2 cup corn by hand
Fry cakes med-low till golden on both sides
Serve with sour cream and guacamole
