Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine (1/4 pound)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
1) Cream together butter, sugars and egg.
2) Add dry ingredients and brandy and stir well.
3) Add white chocolate chips and cranberries.
4) Bake at 375 degrees F. for 8-10 minutes. Best to take them out when they are still doughy.
