Ingredients
- 1/2 cup GF steel cut or rolled oats (steel cut for a crunch or rolled oats for a smoother oatmeal)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax meal
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp molasses
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla bean or extract
Preparation
Step 1
Throw all the contents in a jar and store overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, you can eat them cold, or heat them up for a warm breakfast. Enjoy!
