- Long green peppers, sliced and cleaned out
- Italian Bread Crumbs
- salt
- oregano
- parsley
- pepper
- garlic
- onion
- grated cheese
- vegitable oil

Step 1
Baste pan and both sides of pepper strips with oil. Put in pan. Lighty sprinkle with Bread crumbs and all of the seasonings and cheese. Very lightly drizzle with little more oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes covered and 1/2 hour uncovered
