- 3 TBSP Brown sugar

Place chicken in a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30-35 minutes. Serve with rice if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
