Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup water
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• TOPPING
• 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 6 oz. chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients and pour into greased and floured 9 inch square pan.

Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt until smooth. Add chocolate chips. Spoon over batter. Bake at 375, 30-40 minutes.
