Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- 4 oz can chopped green chiles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and cayenne to taste
- parmesan cheese
- butter

Step 1
In large bowl mix all ingredients. Butter a casserole dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Spread the rice mixture in the dish, sprinkle with more parmesan and dot with butter. Bake 20 min at 450 degrees
