SOUTHERN PECAN PIE

Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 2/3 c. butter, melted
  • 4 c. pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 2 deep dish pie shells, unbaked
  • ●Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • ●Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • ●Pour mixture evently into each pie shell.
  • ●Bake for 45 minutes.
