Tuna Cakes

Ingredients

  • 6 oz drained canned tuna, flaked
  • 12 saltines, made into crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbspn minced onion
  • 1 tspn chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tspn worcestershire
  • dash pepper
  • 1 tspn margarine or cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

In a med. bowl combine all ingredients except margarine and shape into patties. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat margarine or cooking spray until hot;add pattys and cook over med. heat, turning once until browned on both sides.
