  • 1 egg
  • 2 T finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 lb bulk Italian pork sausage

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 425°. Line 15x10x1 inch pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. In large bowl; beat egg. Stir in remaining ingredients.

2. In pan, shape beef mixture to fit pan. Cut into 36 squares(4x9); do not separate.

3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in center. With sharp knife, cut apart meatballs.
