Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 t minced onion
- 1 T white wine vinegar
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 T heavy cream
- 1 1/2 t lemon juice
- 1 t chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 t dried or fresh parsley
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 pinch of dry mustard
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in microwave. Whisk onion, vinegar, yolks, cream and lemon juice and season with all other ingredients. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 20-30 seconds until smooth.
