Ingredients
- 5 pkgs chipped corned beef, chopped (use the food processor)
- 1 15oz can sauerkraut, drained, squeezed dry and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 oz grated cheddar cheese (sharp)
- 6 oz grated swiss cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in oven proof dish. Heat at 350 until hot and bubbly. Serve with cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread.
