Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef sirloin
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 egg, lightly beaten
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • dried parsley to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. In a large bowl, mix the ground sirloin, salsa, bread crumbs, cheese, egg, and garlic. Season with parsley, salt, and pepper. Shape into 2 loaves.

3. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees.
