Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar or extra sharp cheddar, grated (about 2 cups)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup dark beer (**Tip: use 1/2 cup of dark beer like Sam Adams)
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • large pinch cayenne pepper
  • flavored pretzel crisps, bread or crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first five ingredients in food processor or blender; process until smooth and creamy. Serve with pretzel crisps, bread or crackers.
