Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- 1/2 C frozen strawberries
- 1 C chicken stock
- 4 pear halves
- 2 lg. boneless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbs. corn starch
- 2 Tbs. cold water
- salt and pepper
- lime juice few drops
Preparation
Step 1
1.Saute butter in pan, add chicken and sprinkle with lime juice
2.Cover and cook 4 minutes at medium low.
3.Season chicken and turn over, cover and cook another 4 minutes
4.Turn again and cover and cook 8 minutes
5.Add Strawberries and pears cook 3-4 min covered
6.Remove chicken and pears
7.Add chicken stock to remaining liquid and boil, cook 2-3 min on med heat
8.Mix corn starch with water and stir into sauce. Cook 2 min over medium heat.
9.Serve chicken with rice and sauce
