Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2-8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c finely chopped red and green bell peppers
  • 2 T minced onion
  • 2 c chopped walnuts
  • 16 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together with 1 c nuts.
Refrigerate overnight.
Roll ball in reserved 1 c nuts.
Serve with crackers.
