Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen tater tots
- 16 oz can black beans, undrained
- 1 lb ground beef
- Taco seasoning packet
- Tomato, diced
- Black olives, sliced
- Frank’s Red Hot
- Sour cream
- Lettuce, chopped or shredded
- Pickled, sliced jalapenos
- 1 jar Ragu double cheddar cheese sauce
- Green onion, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Bake tater tots on baking sheet @ 400* for 30-45 minutes to desired crisp. Cook beans and some chili powder in a sauce pan. Heat cheese sauce in a sauce pan or microwave. Prepare ground beef as listed on taco seasoning packet. When tots are done, put a layer on a plate. Layer with any or all the ingredients above.
